Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop relationships with physicians and advanced practice providers

• Manage candidates through recruiting, credentialing, and placement
• Maintain consistent communication and build long-term provider relationships
• Work closely with the sales team to match qualified providers with client needs
• Maintain an active pipeline and meet established recruiting and placement goals
