Job summary

HPA Healthcare is actively seeking an experienced Practitioner Partner - Locums Recruiter to advance our locum tenens program nationwide. This is a performance-driven, relationship-first sales role that rewards pipeline discipline and long-term clinician partnerships with successful placements.

The ideal candidate excels in proactive sourcing, outbound outreach, and building trusted networks of physicians, CRNAs, NPs and PAs.

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in locum tenens recruiting.
Ability to proactively source providers without relying on inbound leads.
Experience recruiting Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs, CRNAs).
Strong active listening and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organization and pipeline management.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and relentless follow-up.

Responsibilities

Proactively source, recruit, qualify, and manage relationships with locum tenens providers.
Execute outbound sourcing activity via phone, text, email, and professional platforms.
Build trust-based relationships with clinicians through consistent communication.
Accurately qualify providers for licensure, availability, and assignment fit.
Develop and maintain a structured recruiting pipeline aligned with client demand.
Prepare and deliver clear internal client presentations.
Collaborate with Facility Partners to support credentialing and onboarding.
Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking in the ATS/CRM.
