Job summary

Terra Localizations is seeking a seasoned Localization Project Manager to oversee end-to-end localization for a major gaming client. You will coordinate production and LQA teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver localized content worldwide, leveraging Smartling, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.

The role requires multi-project juggling, US-time-zone alignment, and strong communication. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in localization PM, a bachelor’s in a relevant field, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Localization Project Management experience.
• Ability to autonomously manage high-volume localization pipelines from day one.
• Experience with TMS platforms and project management tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted localization workflows and human post-editing.
• Professional English plus a second language.
• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Business, CS or comparable experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Availability to work aligned with a US time zone preferred.
• Nice to have: gaming industry experience, Smartling and Jira experience, LQA collaboration, global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate localization requests end to end from intake to delivery.
• Build and maintain project schedules across teams.
• Monitor daily production, queries, and turnaround times.
• Identify and elevate risks early.
• Maintain project tracking systems and capacity data.
• Collaborate with localization producers and external vendors.
• Work with Smartling, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.
