Job summary

Summa Linguae Technologies partners with a leading technology client to recruit a Localization PM/QA Project Manager. You will lead end-to-end localization workflows for marketing campaigns and product content, coordinating with internal teams, vendors and QA groups to ensure timely, accurate multilingual delivery.

The role requires hands-on QA across linguistic and functional domains, UI/UX checks, risk tracking, and strict adherence to client workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in localization project management or QA roles.
• Experience with high-volume multilingual campaigns.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CMS, CAT tools, and QA workflows.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end localization workflows for campaigns and product content.
• Coordinate tasks across client systems, vendors, and QA teams.
• Manage linguistic and functional QA, UI/UX checks, and bug triage.
• Track defects, risks, blockers, and dependencies with clear documentation.
• Monitor SLAs and quality metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Provide structured reporting and stakeholder updates.
