JOIN TERRA AS A LOCALIZATION ASSOCIATE PRODUCER!

We're looking for an experienced Localization Associate Producer based in LATAM to join Terra and work with an important client in the video game industry. In this role, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day localization production for assigned products, coordinating priorities, timelines, vendors, and localization workflows across multiple languages. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, localization teams, and external vendors in a fast-paced gaming environment, making sure projects move forward smoothly and potential risks are identified early.

What You'll Do
  • Run day-to-day localization production for assigned products, including request intake, scheduling, content preparation, TMS management, and delivery across multiple languages.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for assigned products, coordinating priorities, timelines, and risks with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate external vendors, including briefs, queries, schedules, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain linguistic assets such as glossaries, style guides, and Translation Memories.
  • Support AI-assisted localization workflows and coordinate human post-editing.
  • Keep project plans and tracking systems up to date.
  • Collaborate with Localization Producers and other team members, providing coordination and coverage when needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in localization, ideally with hands-on production experience and ownership of products or content areas.
  • Experience working with TMS platforms, such as Smartling or similar tools.
  • Experience with Jira and localization workflows, including LQA.
  • Experience working with AI/MTPE localization workflows.
  • Experience coordinating external vendors and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of day-to-day production.
  • Availability to work aligned with the 9-to-5 US Eastern Time Zone.
