Qualifications

• 7+ years leading cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, sales support).
• Strong financial management with P&L ownership.
• Experience with change management and building high-performing teams.
• Track record of year-over-year sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the division's local commercial strategy.
• Lead a high-performing sales/commercial team to achieve objectives and KPIs.
• Own P&L accountability and drive revenue growth while optimizing cost structure and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and forecast demand to support business planning.
