Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering or related field with 12+ years of general/portfolio management experience.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, sales support).
• Strong P&L ownership and financial management experience.
• Experience with change management and building high performing teams.
• 50% domestic travel and valid US driver's license.
