ABB Local Division Manager role in the US leads the commercial strategy and portfolio execution for the Low Voltage IEC Motors division. You will drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, and manage a high-performing team across marketing and sales functions.

You will own full P&L, forecast demand, and ensure trade compliance while collaborating across divisions. This remote US position requires 50% travel and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in general management, commercial and portfolio management.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, sales support).
• Product and portfolio knowledge of Low Voltage IEC Motors.
• Strong financial management with P&L ownership.
• Experience with change management and building high-performing teams.
• Track record of year-over-year sales growth.
• 50% domestic travel and a valid US driver's license.
• Candidates must have work authorization to work in the US.
