National CineMedia Inc. is seeking an Account Executive focused on Local Sales in New Jersey. The role emphasizes new business development, maintaining key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across cinema, digital, and OOH platforms.

You will drive pipeline, manage client campaigns, and collaborate with marketing to tailor category-focused advertising solutions while maintaining 80% local client meetings in a home-office setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in local sales, preferably advertising, media sales, and/or digital advertising.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for at least 3 consecutive years.
• Demonstrated success in new business development with ability to generate 70%+ revenue from new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales budgets by promoting full portfolio of advertising solutions.
• Maintain revenue targets and grow pipeline with 3x quarterly targets.
• Develop and maintain a robust NJ sales pipeline and provide weekly status updates.
• Travel to meet clients and manage local relationships; operate primarily from a home office.
