OUTFRONT Media is seeking a high-energy local Account Executive in New Jersey to identify and solve advertising challenges for customers. You will lead strategic prospecting, build relationships at all levels, and drive campaign success with a collaborative, results-oriented approach.

The role emphasizes hunter mentality, strong presentation skills, and the ability to win in a team environment while delivering effective, on-budget campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in OOH advertising and media sales.
• College degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Ability to sell at all levels including C-Level.

Responsibilities

• Identify, uncover, and develop account opportunities.
• Upsell and leverage business from new and established relationships.
• Qualify projects to maximize an efficient sales cycle.
• Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Choreograph and conduct on-site assessments of customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective advertising campaigns.
• Partner with Charting, Creative, Operations and Administrative staff for on-time delivery.
