Ideal candidates will have experience with Fix & Flip and Ground Up construction financing, strong communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to sales in a competitive environment.

The role offers a base salary plus commissions, with remote or in-office work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of bridge loan origination experience.
• Established book of business.
• Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close on prospective bridge loan borrowers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with borrowers.
• Obtain all required paperwork and financial information from perspective borrowers.
• Report business development and sales activity.
• Meet with new and existing prospects.
• Develop and execute business plans with market and competitor analysis.
