Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience originating bridge loans.
• Established book of business.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close prospective bridge loan borrowers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with borrowers.
• Obtain all required paperwork and financial information from borrowers.
• Report business development and sales activity.
• Meet with new and existing prospects.
• Help develop and execute business plans with market/competitor analysis.
