The ideal candidate brings hands-on back‑office loan operations experience across consumer, commercial, or real estate portfolios, with strong knowledge of loan parameters, configurations, escrow, and payment posting.

Qualifications

• Strong back‑office loan operations experience.
• Experience with consumer, commercial, or real estate loan portfolios.
• Understanding of loan parameters and core banking configurations.
• Experience with escrow administration and payment posting mechanics.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% (1–2 trips per month).

Responsibilities

• Support core banking conversions, system implementations, and operational cutovers.
• Assist with loan system and parameter configuration.
• Validate loan payment postings and transaction processing.
• Review billing structures and interest accrual configurations.
• Support escrow administration, including escrow accounts and impound disbursements.
• Perform escrow analysis and reconciliations.
• Validate loan data during mock conversions and testing cycles.
• Assist with test script execution and UAT.
• Perform data validation and post-conversion operational checks.
• Identify and troubleshoot loan data or processing discrepancies; support live cutover and go‑live activities.
• Work with operations, implementation, testing, and banking teams throughout the conversion process.
