Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional accounting experience.
• Experience in banking/financial institution accounting workflows.
• Strong GL knowledge and chart of accounts understanding.
• Experience researching out-of-balance conditions and reconciling complex accounts.
• Experience supporting system cutovers, testing, and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Support core banking migrations, system cutovers, and implementations.
• Map General Ledger data and align chart of accounts.
• Perform subledger-to-GL balancing and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support mock conversions, testing cycles, and live go-live events.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams during conversions.
