Licensed in 28 states and growing, you can add teammates or operate solo while building referral partnerships and past-client databases to drive growth. This role focuses on relationship-building and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations
• Proven ability to close loans and meet targets

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a referral partner network with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Close loans with accuracy, ensuring compliance and timely documentation.
