Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking ambitious Loan Officers to grow their own business under our umbrella. Run your operation remotely on a P&L basis with uncapped commissions and access to loan products for all borrower types.

Licensed in 28 states, you'll build referral networks or operate as an individual LO, with administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented with commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Handle uncapped commissions and offer loan products for all borrower types.
• Add additional LO's to your team or act as an individual LO.
• Operate with licensing in 28 states and growing.
• Receive administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate.
