Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking ambitious Loan Officers to build and run their own business under our umbrella, with an entrepreneurial, remote, P&L-based model that lets you control your own destiny.

Enjoy uncapped commissions, access to a full suite of loan products for all borrower types, and administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate. You can add additional LOs to your team or act as an individual LO within a licensed framework across 28 states.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented with a drive to meet targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Uncapped commissions.
• Loan products for all borrower types.
• Add additional LO's to your team or act as an individual LO.
• Licensed in 28 states and growing.
• Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.
