Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking an entrepreneurial Loan Officer to build and run a remote mortgage business under our umbrella. This role offers uncapped commissions, loan products for all borrower types, and administrative, operational and compliance support.

You may add additional LOs to your team or operate as an individual LO, maintaining an active NMLS/MLO license and licensing in 28 states as we continue to grow.

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your mortgage loan business remotely on a P&L basis.
• Close loans across borrower types and build a steady pipeline.
• Leverage uncapped commissions and corporate support to maximize earnings.
• Grow or operate independently as an LO with licensing in multiple states.
