Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking an entrepreneurial Loan Officer to build a referral-driven business. You will operate remotely on a P&L basis under our umbrella, with uncapped commissions and access to loan products for all borrower types.

Administrative, operational, and compliance support is provided by Corporate to help you focus on growth. Licensed in 28 states and growing, you may add additional LOs to your team or act as an individual LO.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
• Active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate your own mortgage loan officer business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Leverage uncapped commissions and loan products for all borrower types.
• Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate to enable growth.
