Kiavi, a leading private lender to residential real estate investors, seeks a Loan Analyst to process loans and deliver exceptional service. You will work with borrowers and brokers to prepare files for underwriting while hitting daily quotas.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 1-2 years as Loan Analyst/Processor or 2-3 years in mortgage lending.
• Self-starter with eagern to learn and grow.
• Strong computer skills: Word & Excel/Google Suite.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Openness to feedback and process-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze loan applications, collect documents, obtain third-party reports.
• Contact customers and third parties to obtain documents and information; provide updates.
• Serve as primary contact during processing and underwriting; provide support.
• Review documents against credit policy; prep for underwriting decision.
• Meet/exceed daily and monthly application review quotas with high quality.
• Identify roadblocks and coordinate with sales/operations for solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to meet processing and funding goals.
• Contribute to projects; train/new hires; data and reporting tasks.
• Attend and provide feedback in team meetings.
