Job summary

Kiavi is a national private lender focused on residential real estate investors, leveraging data and technology to streamline lending. The Loan Analyst team partners with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, compliant loan processing from application to underwriting.

You will gather documents, verify information, and guide borrowers through the mortgage process with professionalism, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Loan Analyst/Processor or 2-3 years in mortgage lending.
• Strong problem-solving and data collection abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel/Google Suite; comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze loan applications and collect essential documents and third-party reports.
• Contact customers and third parties by phone, email, and text to obtain documents and provide status updates.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers through processing and underwriting stages.
• Review documents against credit policy to prepare loans for underwriting.
• Meet daily and monthly quotas for new application reviews while maintaining quality.
