Job summary

Kiavi is hiring a Borrower Advocate to manage relationships with borrowers and ensure a smooth project lifecycle after loan approval. You will interpret loan status, address inquiries, and mitigate delinquencies by proactive outreach. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in mortgage-related collections or customer service, with Excel and MS Office skills. Remote work is available for many roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year mortgage-related collection, customer service, or sales experience.
• Ability to communicate mortgage life-cycle clearly.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with borrowers to explain loan terms and processes.
• Monitor project progress and assist with delays or budget overruns.
• Investigate and resolve post-closing borrower inquiries and disputes.
