Kiavi Funding, Inc. is seeking a Loan Analyst to process loan applications, gather documents, and coordinate with borrowers and third parties to prepare files for underwriting.

You will act as the primary contact during processing, ensure timely document collection, maintain quality standards, and meet daily quotas while supporting cross-functional teams.

This full-time remote role offers a base pay range of $52,500–$65,000 annually plus a $6,500 bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Loan Analyst/Processor or 2-3 years in the mortgage lending industry.
• Strong data analysis and document verification skills.
• Ability to follow a structured underwriting process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze loan applications and collect essential documents.
• Contact customers and third parties to obtain documents and provide status updates.
• Serve as the primary contact through processing and underwriting stages.
• Review documents against credit policy to prepare for underwriting.
• Meet daily and monthly quotas while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet processing and funding goals.
• Participate in testing new systems or procedures as assigned.
• Attend team meetings and provide regular feedback.
