Kiavi Funding, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the systems that keep Kiavi's loans running after they close: servicing, payments and money movement, valuations, and vendor integrations.

You7;ll drive end-to-end execution, collaborate with engineering, and deliver impact across multiple products while working remotely within approved regions. You will partner with Servicing, Treasury, Capital Markets, and Operations to shape roadmaps, define success metrics for automation and AI

Qualificações

• 2 - 4 years of product management or related field experience.
• Domain knowledge in lending, real estate, and financial operations.
• Technical fluency with engineers on integrations, data models, and APIs.
• AI concepts awareness and ability to judge when to apply them.
• Strong analytical thinking and prioritization with risk awareness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with non-technical teams.
• Autonomy to work independently with high-level guidance.
• Experience with loan servicing systems, payment rails (ACH/wire), bank APIs, or vendor integrations.
• Startup FinTech or PropTech experience is highly valued.
• Experience defining success metrics for automation or ML features.
• Vibe coding projects or prior side projects.

Responsabilidades

• Roadmap and backlog: translate pain points into a prioritized roadmap.
• Money movement & integrations: collaborate on bank and payment integrations and vendor data feeds.
• Operational excellence: triage production issues and turn issues into improvements.
• AI product development: identify AI opportunities and manage edge cases.
• Data & metrics: size problems and track ROI and metrics.
• Cross-functional leadership: align Servicing, Treasury, Capital Markets, Compliance, and Operations.
