Oregon Community Credit Union is seeking a Remote Loan Representative based in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho. You will guide members through loan and deposit decisions, process applications, and leverage consultative conversations to uncover needs.

You will operate in a high-volume remote lending environment, delivering exceptional service and supporting members’ financial well-being through smart solutions.

Qualifications

• Two years of consumer lending or related financial services experience.
• Strong consumer lending knowledge with ability to explain products.
• Excellent member service, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build trust and uncover member needs through consultative conversations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a high-volume call center environment with inbound/outbound communications.
• Ability to work from a home office with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to members seeking lending, memberships, and deposit solutions.
• Process and fund consumer loans, open deposit accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Review applications, conduct credit investigations, prepare loan documents, and communicate decisions.
• Develop member relationships through inbound and outbound communications.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend products meeting member needs.
• Utilize remote delivery tools to serve members and complete transactions.
• Meet established performance goals, service levels, and quality expectations.
