Qualifications

Minimum of five years of banking experience.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding member service by greeting members promptly, personalizing interactions, and recommending internal services accurately.
Serve as a reliable advisor when interacting with both consumer and business members. Build and maintain lasting relationships with members through various channels.
Gather relevant information about member needs. Tailor product or service recommendations, highlight member-specific benefits, and address any barriers for each scenario.
Actively contribute to branch and OCCU goals. Meet or exceed individual service and sales goals, using effective techniques that result in a positive member experience.
Process consumer and business member requests, review credit reports, and prepare account or loan documents according to procedures.
Handle member financial transactions—deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments—quickly and accurately at the branch or by phone.
