Job summary

CRG is seeking a detail-oriented Leave of Absence (LOA) and ADA Support professional for a remote, EST-focused contract. The 90-day assignment involves managing employee leave and accommodations, performing case management, and supporting a high-volume HR environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with ADA/FMLA, AbsenceSoft/AbsenceTracker and Helix/ITSM, and strong communication and organizational skills in a Microsoft Office-centric workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or 3+ years in LOA/ADA support.
• Hands-on with AbsenceSoft/AbsenceTracker and Helix/ITSM.
• Experience with ADA, FMLA, and related leave regulations.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Office 365).
• EST/EDT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ADA accommodations process and related admin tasks.
• Create, maintain, and follow up LOA case records.
• Update cases in AbsenceTracker and Helix/ITSM.
• Communicate leave and accommodation updates with employees and managers.
• Review case notes and ensure records are accurate.
• Research discrepancies in leave requests and documentation.
• Ensure timely handling of leave and accommodation requests.
