Job summary

RELX INC is seeking an Enablement Technology Systems Administrator to own LMS administration, integrations, and analytics. You will partner with IT, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable learning technology solutions supporting sales enablement, training, onboarding, and certification.

The role emphasizes platform security, user governance, and continuous improvement, with a focus on AI-enabled tools and compliant identity management across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years administering enterprise software platforms (LMS, enablement, CRM, CMS).
• Experience managing user access, permissions, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary LMS administrator ensuring platform stability, security, and performance.
• Configure platform settings, roles, permissions, and data integrity.
• Lead design and enhancement of learning programs and workflows.
• Manage integrations, SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning, and identity management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate product enhancements.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
• Evaluate AI-enabled learning technologies to improve efficiency.
