Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Enablement Technology Systems Administrator to oversee Docebo and related learning technologies. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions, ensuring platform stability and data integrity.

The role supports a US-based home‑based setup and requires availability during Eastern Time hours, with global collaboration. Strong governance, analytics, and AI-enabled learning tool experience are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise software platforms such as LMS, enablement platforms, CRM, CMS, or knowledge management systems.
  • Experience managing user access, permissions, governance, troubleshooting, and data quality.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication technologies and enterprise identity management (SSO, SAML, SCIM).
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, automation tools, and workflow management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the LMS and related learning technologies, ensuring stability, security, and user satisfaction.
  • Configure and optimize platform settings, roles, permissions, governance, and data integrity.
  • Lead design and enhancement of learning programs, workflows, and platform capabilities aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage system integrations, authentication services, SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning, and identity management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and implement product improvements.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, analytics, and metrics to drive adoption and decisions.
  • Evaluate AI-enabled learning technologies and automation to improve efficiency and experience.

About the Role

The Enablement Technology Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of learning platforms and related technologies, with a primary focus on Docebo and associated systems. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver technology solutions that support identified business use cases, including sales enablement, customer training, partner education, onboarding, certification, and other organizational learning initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong platform administration experience with technical problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. Success in this role requires balancing platform ownership, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement to ensure learning technologies evolve with business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS) and related learning technologies, ensuring platform stability, security, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize platform settings, user roles, permissions, governance standards, and data integrity processes.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of learning programs, workflows, automations, and platform capabilities aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage system integrations, authentication services, SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning, and identity management solutions to support seamless user access.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, program managers, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
  • Monitor platform health, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with vendors to resolve technical challenges and implement product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, analytics, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled learning technologies, automation tools, and emerging solutions that improve operational efficiency, learner engagement, and user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience administering enterprise software platforms such as LMS, enablement platforms, CRM, CMS, knowledge management systems, or similar applications.
  • Experience managing user access, permissions, platform configuration, governance, troubleshooting, data quality, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication technologies and enterprise identity management, including SSO, SAML, SCIM, provisioning workflows, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, integrations, automation platforms, and workflow management tools used within enterprise software environments.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for platform customization, branding, and user experience improvements.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, analytics, Google Analytics, and leveraging data to drive platform adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
Work Location & Schedule Requirements

This is a US Based home‑based position and is not tied to a corporate office location. The role supports a global user base and cross‑functional teams across multiple regions. As a result, the successful candidate must be available to work primarily during Eastern Time business hours, with occasional flexibility required to support global stakeholders and business needs. Candidates must maintain a dedicated home office or professional workspace that provides a reliable, secure, and distraction‑free environment conducive to productivity, virtual collaboration, and confidential business discussions. The ability to participate in video conferences, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings with minimal interruptions during working hours is required.

  • Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based‑Ohio $90,500 - $150,900.
  • If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $100,100 - $166,800.
  • If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $104,800 - $174,700.
  • If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $100,100 - $166,800.
  • If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $112,574 - $179,826.
  • U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800.
  • Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
  • This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
