Job summary

System One is seeking a Data Entry Operator to support LMS implementation remotely. The role centers on accurate data entry, record migration, and essential administrative tasks within the LMS.

You will validate data, upload training materials and assignments, and maintain user profiles with strict confidentiality. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are required for success in this contract.

This 5-month contract offers 20-40 hours per week at $22.00–$26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and lookups.
• Excellent data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with software systems, databases, or large data sets.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and migration tasks for LMS implementation.
• Assist with LMS configuration: curricula, assignments, org structures, and user profiles.
• Conduct data cleanup, validation, and imports.
• Upload training materials and training assignments into the LMS.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Support other LMS implementation and training administration activities.
