Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking an entry-level data entry specialist to verify data from source documents and ensure accuracy. The role emphasizes attention to detail and adherence to established rules, with remote training and flexible options.

The position includes processing timesheets weekly, following ISO procedures, and performing related duties as required. U.S. citizens only; background checks and Public Trust clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment of up to three weeks of full time remote training.
• Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at home hours per week.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet scheduled deadlines.
• Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Verifies data from source documents according to established procedures and rules.
• Verifies data entered with source documents for typographical errors and correct usage.
• Searches application to assemble files in prescribed sequence with required information.
• Complete timesheets on a weekly basis.
• Follows standard ISO procedures.
• Performs other job related duties as required.
