Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Commitment to up to three weeks of full-time remote training.
• Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at home hours per week.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet scheduled deadlines.
• Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Verifies data from source documents according to established procedures and rules.
• Verifies data entered with source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, correct use of codes and edits to make corrections.
• Searches entire application while assembling file in a prescribed sequence and ensures conformance to rules.
• Completes timesheets on a weekly basis.
• Follows ISO procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.
• Works with clearly defined procedures.
• Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks.
• Entry-level business support or operations role.
