Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to provide high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program.

This 100% remote, 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling with a built-in clinical community, paid malpractice coverage, free CEUs, and dedicated operational support for billing, credentialing, and insurance. Minimum 9 hours/week across at least 2 days is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and other therapies; telehealth care delivery.
• Maintain documentation using telehealth platforms and HIPAA-compliant tools.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Participate in clinical support and onboarding processes.
