Job summary

Advocate Aurora Behavioral Health in Corpus Christi is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor for a full-time remote role. Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults from home, with a focus on accessible care.

You will deliver CBT, DBT, and ERP therapies, participate in weekly supervision, document treatment plans and outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic interventions using CBT, DBT, and ERP in individual, group, and family settings.
• Participate in weekly supervision sessions with a clinical director, supervisor, or lead therapist.
• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with agency requirements.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient care strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
