Brightside Behavioral Health seeks a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a full-time remote role to deliver high-quality mental health care and help clients achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives.

In this clinical position, you will work with individuals, couples, and families, applying CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapies, while maintaining confidential records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted LMHC license in Washington state is essential.
• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical context is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy strategies.
• Deliver evidence-based modalities to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Use CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapy approaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive client care.
• Maintain confidential clinical records in compliance with laws and ethics.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
