Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to provide high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. You will have the opportunity to opt into specialized care tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.

This 1099 contractor role offers 100% remote work, flexible scheduling, and built-in clinical support with referrals and a steady caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
