Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to deliver high-quality teletherapy across our general mental health program. Therapists may opt into Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP tracks.

We offer a 100% remote, 1099 contractor role with built-in clinical community, referrals, and robust support. Expect steady caseload growth and AI-assisted documentation tools for efficient care.

Qualifications

• Must have graduate degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.
• Minimum 2 years of CBT and other evidence-based therapies for adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
