Job summary
Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to join as 1099 contractors delivering telehealth care across a flexible private practice.
You’ll provide weekly video sessions (53+ minutes) to adults, use CBT and other evidence-based modalities, and benefit from a built-in clinical community, referrals, and full administrative support including billing and credentialing.
minimum 9 hours per week across at least 2 days, with malpractice coverage and free CEUs included.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- 2+ years of CBT and evidence-based therapies for adults.
- Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
- Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
- Tech-enabled and open to digital tools in care delivery.
- Minimum 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
- Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to adults.
- Apply CBT and Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcome.
- Use measurement-based care to track progress.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
