Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to provide telehealth services as 1099 contractors. Build a flexible private practice with steady referrals, free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and strong clinical support.

Minimum availability is 9 hours per week across at least two days, with billing and credentialing handled by Brightside. 100% remote work, with AI-powered documentation tools and health insurance guidance.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
2+ years delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
Commit to minimum of 9 hours availability per week across at least 2 days.
Comfortable treating diverse populations and using digital tools in care delivery.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcome.
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
