Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth care as a 1099 contractor. You’ll provide weekly video-based therapy, using evidence-based methods and measurement-based care, with robust clinical support and referrals.

Minimum 9 hours weekly across 2 days, with access to CAMS training and malpractice coverage. Compensation ranges per session, with flexible scheduling and fully remote operation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
