Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC...) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy in a 100% remote, 1099 contractor role. You’ll provide weekly CBT-based sessions, leverage measurement-based care, and collaborate with psychiatrists within a supportive, technology-enabled platform.

You’ll have access to free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and a built-in clinical community, with a flexible schedule and steady referrals.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD)
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
Experience with telehealth or online therapy
Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions
Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery
Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days
Multi-state licensure a strong plus

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
Maintain documentation using our AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR
