Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to provide remote telehealth services as 1099 contractors. This role offers a flexible, private-practice style setting with built-in clinical community and streamlined operations.

Compensation falls within $83–$103 per 53+ minute session, with a robust support structure and AI-enabled documentation tools. Therapists deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT, UP, ACT, DBT, EMDR possible) and benefit from paid CEUs, malpractice coverage,

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
2+ years of CBT and other evidence-based therapies delivered to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
