Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for remote opportunities. We offer flexible remote positions (full-time and part-time), a supportive multidisciplinary team, and a compensation package starting at $70,000 to $85,000 per year.

As part of our clinician-led organization, you will focus on treating diverse clients, using telehealth or onsite options, with robust administrative support and generous vacation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Full, current, unrestricted LMHC/LMFT/LCSW license is required.
• Experience with electronic health records and documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate creatively and meet deadlines.
• Experience with diverse client needs and boundaries.
• Background check compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize creative interventions to meet patient goals.
• Prepare session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain at least 32 patient care hours per week (FT).
• Coordinate with care providers and school personnel as needed.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
