Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LMFT, LMCSW).
• Experience with electronic health records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions and create and implement treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Document sessions per company guidelines and maintain progress notes.
• Maintain at least 32 patient care hours per week for full-time status.
