United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our clinician-led, remote team on a full-time or part-time basis. We value flexible telehealth and mission-driven care.

The ideal candidate has a master's in behavioral sciences, an LMFT license, and experience with electronic health records. You will deliver high-quality care, complete documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences required.
• Full, current, unrestricted LMFT license required.
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate conditions, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans; document notes per policy.
• Provide excellent client care and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Employ creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per company guidelines.
• Maintain at least 32 patient contact hours weekly for full-time status.
• Coordinate services with families, schools, and other care providers.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
