Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for remote work. We offer remote full-time and part-time positions with flexible schedules and strong clinical support.

The ideal candidate has a master's in behavioral sciences and LMFT licensure, experience with EHRs, and a passion for expanding access to mental health care. Telehealth or onsite options may be available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Full, current, unrestricted LMFT license to practice.
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation per guidelines and protocol.
• For Full-Time status, maintain at least 32 available hours per week for patient care.
• Coordinate services with families, other care providers, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
