Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field required.
• Full, current, unrestricted licensure to practice independently (LMFT/LCSW/LPC).
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and develop treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide high-quality care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Apply creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Submit session documentation per company guidelines; ensure compliance.
• Maintain available patient care hours and coordinate with other providers.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
