Job summary

Mood Health is seeking a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our fully remote team. You will conduct telehealth sessions, perform comprehensive assessments, and contribute to treatment planning, with support for a flexible schedule and a stable caseload.

We handle client acquisition, billing, and administrative tasks so you can focus on patient care; we value compassionate, nonjudgmental care and collaboration within a diverse provider network.

Qualifications

• Must be a fully licensed LMFT/LCSW/LMHC/LPC in good standing in WA.
• Ability to conduct telehealth sessions on a secure platform.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct care experience with adults.
• Bilingual in Spanish is not required, but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tele‑health sessions on our platform
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning
• Develop meaningful connections with clients
• Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist
