Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking licensed clinicians (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) for remote, full- and part-time LMFT roles. The organization emphasizes compassionate care, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical support to reduce administrative burdens so clinicians can focus on patients.

Starting salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and a supportive, clinician-led team. Telehealth and onsite options may be available in select locations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited program.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) required.
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain at least 32 patient-hours weekly for Full-Time status.
