Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid licensure as LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and culturally competent treatment.
• Minimum of three years' experience delivering individual and group therapy.
• Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and essential computer applications.
• Commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
• Collaborative mindset to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments and design tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions aligned with patients' cultural contexts.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address mental health challenges.
